Just to clarify, so no one is wondering.

That is Eldamil, the Mythic Dawn Adept from Paradise near the end of the main quest in The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion.

Edit: Sorry it popped up again. I added an address, and fixed a few pixels out of place that were really bothering me.
